4. Event Registrations & Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party services such as Stripe and Luma.
Masi does not store or have access to full payment card numbers.

4.2 Confirmation Emails

You are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive event confirmations, updates, and communication.

4.3 Cancellations & Credits

All event purchases are subject to Masi’s Refund, Credit, and Transfer Policy (linked and included at checkout).
Masi does not offer refunds for any reason.

4.4 No Guarantee of Event Availability

Event spots are limited and first-come, first-served.
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee future space in other events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Masi Collective—including logos, branding, guides, handouts, worksheets, videos, photos, event materials, and website content—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Resell

  • Publish

  • Create derivative works

without explicit written permission from Masi.

Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., completing an activity at home with your child) is allowed.

6. Digital Products and Downloads

If Masi offers downloadable guides or digital resources:

  • Access is granted for personal family use only

  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling digital content is prohibited

  • Masi is not responsible for technical issues affecting downloads from third-party integrations

Digital products are non-refundable.
